The Sourdough Alchemist is a home-based micro-bakery in San Carlos, San Diego, California, specializing in artisan sourdough bread and baked goods. I’m a registered Cottage Food Operation with the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health and Quality, ensuring compliance with local health and safety standards.​

Bread & cookies are freshly baked most Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Pick-up available the same day between 2:00–6:00 PM.
